They shall be treated by the controller in accordance with national and European Union legislation in the field of personal data protection.

The controller collects, stores and uses your personal information within the meaning of § 6 of the Act. 101/2000 Coll., on Personal Data Protection and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Protection Act), respectively.     2. The individual purposes of processing are the following:
      1. performance of the contractual relationship means: the relationship between you and the Administrator arising from the order, registration, contract, entry and contest, and the like;
      2. Sending business messages and offering products and services means: Sending business offers, either by e-mail (e-mail), by text message or by phone call;
      3. personnel, wage agenda means: conclusion of employment contracts, payroll processing, social and health insurance payments according to Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labor Code, No. 582/1991 Coll. on the Organization and Implementation of Social Security, no. 48/1997 Coll., On Public Health Insurance and on Amendments to Some Related Acts;
      4. statistical purposes means: anonymous survey of website traffic, monitoring of page views, time spent on website, type of device from which you come to the website. We collect data so that we can improve the service we provide and offer relevant content to our clients;
      5. ad serving means: showing ads on a website based on statistically determined customer preferences;

The content of the information is given by Section 12 (2) of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the protection of personal data, as amended.       2. the right to rectify or erase personal data, or to limit processing according to which you have the right to have personal data that are inaccurate or incorrect. If your personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or are being processed illegally, you have the right to request their deletion. If you do not want to request the deletion of personal data, but only temporarily restrict its processing, you may request processing restrictions;
      3. the right to request clarification if you suspect the processing of personal data by the controller is illegal;
      4. the right to apply to the Office for Personal Data Protection in case of doubt regarding compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data;
      5. the right to data portability, ie the right to obtain personal data concerning you that you have provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; Article 20 of the GDPR;
      6. the right to object to the processing of personal data which are processed for the purpose of carrying out a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority or for the protection of the legitimate interests of the controller.
